R. Newbold
A series of t-shirt and sweater prints for R. Newbold, a Paul Smith brand based in Japan. Their collection was inspired by biker culture. Looking at biker culture as well as other subcultural and countercultural movements with similar aesthetic values I developed a similar visual language, taking a DIY approach using hand-drawn lettering, photocopying, collage and film photography.
Ever Since
I co-wrote the score for Ever Since, a short film directed by Tom Fuller and Graham Baird, and written by Holly-Ann Filtness and Roman Kemp.
Emily arrives at a small coastal holiday home. Wistful and alone, she writes a hopeful letter. The subsequent correspondence unravels as she re-explores her memories of the nearby coastline, ultimately hinting at just what brought her back here in the first place.
Halls
I’ve always played in a band since I was a teenager. One of the best projects I was involved in was Halls. I was a member of the live and studio band for Halls and also contributed during the writing and arranging stages.
